What is the difference between your Beginner One and Crash Course?

Beginner One consists of 10 lessons that is more comprehensive whereas the Crash Course consists of 5 to teach you the basic communication required for travelling. for taking a taxi or grab from the airport, to checking in and asking for direction.
Who are the classes suitable for?

We offer Bahasa Indonesia classes for complete beginners, intermediate learners, travellers, and children aged 6+. Whether you’re learning for fun, work, or travel — we’ve got you covered.
How many students are there per class?

We keep classes small (10 learners max) to ensure every student gets individual attention and time to practice. For kids classes, to ensure everyone gets enough attention, it will be at 8 learners max.
Are your lessons conducted online or in person?

We offer both online and in person lessons. You can check the detailed descriptions of each lesson type on our website before making a decision. If you’re still unsure or have specific questions, feel free to reach out to us directly. Our goal is to make language learning accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
I’m travelling to Indonesia soon — which course is best?

Our Crash Course is perfect for that! In just 5 sessions, you’ll learn essential travel phrases, directions, greetings and how to order food with confidence.
What if I missed my lesson?

We provide 2 free make-up class per course period. You may inform us prior and make arrangements to attend accordingly.
How are your classes conducted?

Classes are held either online over Zoom or in-person. Conducted in small, interactive groups. You’ll learn through conversation, role play, and real-life examples.
Can I book a private class for my family or colleagues, instead of taking it individually?

Absolutely. We offer 1-to-1 classes or small private group options (preferably not more than 3 pax). Just drop us a message to customise your plan.
What happens in a trial class?

Our trial class is a 45-minute introduction to basic Bahasa greetings and vocabulary. It’s a great way to experience our teaching style. No pressure to sign up after.
I did not receive a link for the trial class, what should I do?

Upon signing up, we will send you a confirmation via email within 1 working day. A link will be send to you 1 day before. Kindly ensure that the correct contact details are provided so that we do not send to the wrong address. or check your spam/junk inbox in case our email went in there. Do feel free to reach out to us should you not receive our email or whatsapp.
Can my child join your courses?

Absolutely! We welcome kids from age 6. Our kids’ classes are fun, interactive and age-appropriate. Contact us to find the right schedule or if you have any other queries.
What if my child is less than six years old?

You may drop an email or text us via whatsapp to enquire further in regards to this.
